A light and fruity punch, perfect for a Sunday brunch with friends or hot summer nights on the patio. Easily adaptable to be boozy or booze-less.

Recipe type: Beverage
Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
  • Equal parts peach nectar and lemonade (I found a great mango lemonade that worked great!) - about half a gallon each
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 lemon, thickly sliced
  • Rosemary
  • Boozy - Champagne
  • Booze-less - Lime Perrier (generic sparkling water works great, too!)
Instructions
  1. Pour nectar, lemonade, and lime juice into a large punch bowl.
  2. Thread lemon slices onto the Rosemary stem (pick one of the sturdier ones that can handle the weight of the lemons slices).
  3. Put the lemon-rosemary garnish into the punch bowl.
To Serve:
  1. Fill a cup with ice.
  2. Fill ¾ full with punch.
  3. Top with either Champagne or Sparkling Water.
  4. Enjoy!
